Contact FAQ

Before you
send the scope.

These answers help project owners and engineers contact Ven-Tech with the information needed for a useful technical review.

Which Ven-Tech team should I contact?

For commercial diving, underwater construction, reservoir diving, NDT and related field work, contact the diving team. For ROVs, pipe crawlers, drones, LiDAR, hydrographic or geophysical survey services, contact the robotics and survey team. The project-brief form routes the prepared email automatically.

What information helps Ven-Tech prepare a quote?

Include the asset type, location, required work, access conditions, known hazards, drawings or previous reports, preferred schedule and desired deliverables. Photos and approximate dimensions are especially useful for an initial technical review.

Can Ven-Tech support projects outside British Columbia?

Yes. Ven-Tech supports projects across Canada and maintains operating locations in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Project acceptance, mobilization and regulatory planning are confirmed for the specific jurisdiction and scope.

How should urgent or time-sensitive work be submitted?

Call the appropriate service team and follow with an email containing the location, immediate risk, asset condition, access restrictions and site contact. Response and mobilization depend on crew, equipment, travel, weather and regulatory requirements.

Can I send drawings, photos or inspection reports?

Yes. Use the prepared email to introduce the project, then attach drawings, photographs, previous inspection reports, site procedures and other relevant files from your email program before sending.

What happens after I contact Ven-Tech?

The team reviews the scope, identifies missing technical or HSE information, confirms the appropriate service method and discusses schedule and deliverables. A proposal or next-step assessment is then prepared for the project.
