A smarter route

When the road
ends,
the mission
doesn’t.

Conventional logistics are not always built for steep terrain, isolated infrastructure or time-critical field work.

Ven-Tech brings aviation planning, operational discipline and complex-site experience together to move suitable payloads directly between pickup and delivery zones—with less staging, fewer ground obstacles and a smaller site footprint.

What we move

Built for real-world work.

From one critical lift to repeat site logistics, every operation is designed around your payload, route and worksite.

Remote industrial worksite 01

Remote site delivery

Move tools, parts and critical supplies over terrain that makes conventional access slow, expensive or impractical.

Communications towers at an elevated location 02

Elevated placement

Position equipment at towers, rooftops, platforms and other constrained locations without a large ground footprint.

Cargo vessel and cranes at a marine port 03

Marine & coastal support

Transfer equipment and materials to shorelines, islands, vessels and waterside infrastructure with precise coordination.

Energy and utility infrastructure 04

Energy & utility logistics

Support transmission, pipeline, hydro, telecom and renewable-energy work with direct point-to-point transport.

Urgent industrial equipment and supplies 05

Priority deliveries

Help field teams receive urgent replacement parts, safety equipment and response supplies when time matters.

Specialized industrial lift planning 06

Custom lift planning

Build a mission around unusual cargo, specialized rigging, repeat lifts or challenging pickup and delivery zones.

Why aerial logistics

Fewer obstacles.
More momentum.

For the right mission, aerial transport can replace difficult ground movement, reduce setup and keep crews focused on productive work.

Discuss your site
01

Direct

Point-to-point routing can eliminate difficult ground legs and reduce material handling.

02

Precise

Controlled lift planning supports careful pickup, transit and placement at the destination.

03

Low impact

A smaller operating footprint can reduce road, trail and terrain disturbance.

04

Scalable

Plan a single critical lift or a coordinated sequence of repeat payload movements.

Sectors we support

From scope to delivery

A clear path to lift-off.

Good missions are built on good information. We make the planning process direct, transparent and site-specific.

01

Share the scope

Send locations, payload details, timing and known site constraints.

02

Mission assessment

We review feasibility, route, airspace, operating conditions and risk controls.

03

Plan & coordinate

Our team confirms rigging, site roles, communications and the execution plan.

04

Lift & document

Certified professionals mobilize, complete the work and close out the operation.

Operational assurance

Safety is engineered
into every mission.

Every lift is planned around applicable Transport Canada RPAS requirements, payload characteristics, weather, terrain, airspace and worksite hazards. Ven-Tech’s field-proven HSE culture brings disciplined risk assessment and clear coordination to every stage.

Common questions

Planning your
first aerial lift?

Start with the basics. Our team will help you work through the technical details.

What can you lift or transport?+

We assess tools, equipment, parts, materials, sensors and packaged supplies for aerial transport. The final payload allowance depends on cargo geometry, rigging, elevation, temperature, weather, route and applicable operating requirements.

How much can the aircraft carry?+

Our heavy-lift capability supports payloads up to 85 kg under suitable operating conditions. Every mission receives a project-specific load assessment; the safe approved payload may be lower for a particular site or route.

Where do you operate?+

Ven-Tech mobilizes for projects across Western and Northern Canada, with broader Canadian deployment available based on project requirements, airspace and permitting timelines.

Is this a replacement for helicopters or cranes?+

It is another tool for the logistics plan. For suitable payloads and routes, aerial transport can reduce setup, ground disturbance and cost. We assess the scope honestly and recommend it only where it provides a clear project advantage.

What information is needed for a quote?+

Send the pickup and drop-off locations, payload weight and dimensions, preferred schedule, site photos or drawings, and any known access, airspace or hazard constraints.
